what do you do?
I am a mental performance coach that works with athletes to develop these mental skills, identify areas for improvement, and create personalized programs that include strategies to optimize mental performance. By honing their mental skills, athletes can maximize their potential, overcome challenges, and perform at their best on a consistent basis.
how does this process work?
It all begins with a free consult to work collaboratively, and discussing your goals. Once we agree to work together, we receive all initial intake forms, go over the expectations all before the first session begins. Once that is taken care of we proceed with the first session with your background story, assessments, and individual plan. In general, sessions are spaced out every few weeks to ensure that athletes are practicing their new skills and adjusting over time.
how much does this cost?
Individual sessions cost $150 per session.
